Apparently, he made a mathematical error and said 10% instead of 13.4%......his point still stands and still makes good sense.

No he did more then that. He said 10% instead of 13.4 but he also said the 10% was just to deal with population growth and inflation while the 13.4% was per capita real growth. So he effectively said 0% (for per capita real growth) when it was 13.4%.

Does not Bush's actions reversing oil industry legislation in favor of the industry suggest that Bush is acting like a man who has been "bribed"?

No.

Also there are other examples of false statements by Krugman either in my posts or in the links, such as wildly innacurate statements about taxes.
