Well, I got my answer as to whether it will go below $8 again real quick (Didn't get my order in, though - still watching developments for another day or two). Yes, if there is a good announcement, driving the stock up, it would help the legal case as you mentioned. But I just had a depressing thought: What if they have bad news, and this is their way of letting the public know (after all, one wouldn't expect them to release bad news via a press release)so that they can't be accused of hiding problems from the public, at the trial? Does that sound plausible? I hope not!! Banish the thought! - T -
