Looks like we need to figure out who will get the contracts to rebuild all this stuff. Would it be the regional utilities or perhaps a select few companies to work on it nation wide. Also who will be making the hardware for this stuff. Any rats that make power monitoring eq should be looked at. ect ect Boyd
