I bet the flow increases now as it should to an energy system that works that doesn't tax the life out of AMERICANS like the present system, OIL and COAL..GASOLINE!!! As coal,nuclear and oil pollute, cause cancer, birth defects, kill forests, Kill GI's,...environmental regulations and alternative green energy sources are an investment in living human beings and their prosperity. What do you advocate Thomas? More of the same? Here' a question for you? If industry in America upgraded, what?, we'd end Middle East oil imports tomorrow. K
