Ted, What's your reaction to the blackout and the role nuclear plants played in the cascade effect? Are they saying what actually started it happening? I am curios what they are telling you guys. As I said in my previous post, you probably know more about what happened than the 50 million people affected by it. But if you have some good links, you can send some my way.
