My point was is that not everything that one's says is an example of freedom of speech and should be said.

Both Nixon and McCarthy were found guilty of wrongdoing. Years later, Coulter is telling us that they did nothing wrong and that the system falsely accused them. By implication, then, she is saying there is something wrong with the system and it should be changed. From where I stand, those are considered traits of an anarchist.

Also even if she was why should that cause her to be imprisoned?

Because I don't like her. <g>
