Haqi, As usual, your love of the jingo show makes you ignorant of the substance around your wimpy heroes. I don't blame the initial market drop on Bush. It was the fault of investors who, flush with cash, paid too much for crap. Alan Greenspan has to bear some of the blame for pushing financial speculation harder than any central banker in history, but the American investing public has to realize that the market is always caveat emptor. Bush's dumb policies simply added gasoline to the fire.

True, unlike Bush, Clinton still has testicles. So what?

Ask the military who have been sent into battle without sufficient logistical support from the chicken hawks. Though young guys full of testosterone loved the bully-boy policies at first, they are now wondering how we can spend $4-6 billion a month in Iraq, but can't supply them with water. Of course, soldiers always get screwed by Republicans, as do Americans.

But you have a legitimate point of view. Like Archie Bunker, you thought "we can use a man like Herbert Hoover again." You got him. Totally incompetent in every phase fo the Presidency, from economic policies to defending the homeland (Bushy-Wushy's immediate trashing of the multi-year and bi-partisan Rudman-Hart Study allowed 911 to take place. He has since initiated about 30% of the recommendations in that study) to destroying the infrastructure.

But I know, it's just bad luck that America faltered under both Bush's, Ford, Nixon, Hoover and every Republican President.

But keep on clapping. Tinkerbell may come back to life yet. I'm a bit more realistic. Bush's policies are one dead fairy.
