Kightly Tin, Of course there are extenuating circumstances that may need a short term debt. When that happens, there are ways to minimize the interest charged by the lender. It takes some doing, but it can be done. All of us have faced those hurdles sometime in our lives.
I am a right winger in some ways, but not all. A strong military is very important to me. The abandonment of the Army in ancient Rome, was one of the major causes for the fall of that empire. Whenever a nation becomes powerful, there are those that want to topple them for no really good reason, at all.
In contrast, I am a devout conservationist, and am very disturbed at the loss of habitat for the wild animals in the world. I do not agree with people like Green Peace, or PETA, because they are much too radical in their approach. As an example, there are elephants in Swazililand that a couple of zoos want to bring to America, and the animal right nuts have been very militant in their fight to prevent this move. What the idiots have ignored, or are too ignorant to understand, is that the present keepers of these elephants have said that, if the elephants are not adopted by someone else, they will kill them all because they cannot care for them. In such a case, elephants on display in the newer zoos with adequate habitats, are better off than being dead. I am against drilling for oil in the tundra of Alaska. Doing so will spoil too much natural habitat, and the caribou, along with other animals, will suffer greatly, regardless of what politicians may say.
I am also an isolationist. Even though Saddaam needed to be disposed of, we should not be the policemen for the entire world. We should kick the UN out of America, bring all of our troops home to defend every inch of our borders, including Alaska, and Hawaii, and totally crush anyone who dares to give us trouble near to our home.
I, also, hate the huge metroplexes that have grown like cancer in our nation. They destroy everything in their path. I have seen developers bull doze mature trees to build houses, and burn them, only to plant some puny little trees after the houses are built. What kind of folly is that??
I am for America all the way, and if I were younger, would fight for her again. Our way of life, at least the way it was 60 years ago, is envied by all of the rest of the world. IMO, we must preserve what we still have before it is too late.
The problem I have with liberals, is that in their political platform, they advocate promiscuous sex, homosexuality, abortion of convenience, the rights of the people to chose for themselves which, unfortunately, all of the political parties seem to agree with. They want all of the guns removed from the hands of honest citizens. Regardless of any law, the criminals will always have guns, and will take advantage of any unarmed citizen. One of the main tenets of socialism, is to gather up all the guns first. That, in their mind, will remove the possibility of the citizens being able to maintain their freedom. Socialists want total control of the population, and all of the assets of the nation and it's citizens. Then they appoint some prick, like Hillary Clinton, to dole out money after stealing, at least, 70% of it, and using it as a carrot to make the population behave itself.
Am I really a right winger? I don't know. I address every situation as it comes about, and am firm in my beliefs about the freedom of every man, woman, and child, in this nation. The freedom of other nations is up to their citizens to fight for, and win, as our ancestors did. Sadly my Indian ancestors lost the battles, but are in the process of coming back to full strength, while they embrace the freedoms they are now allowed. People of all ethnic, and racial, beliefs should have equal freedom, and positive elements, of our society, and be willing to fight for them if need be.
