The clown that did his "analysis" was SOOO far off the mark that only some snack bar attendant could have come up with this garbage. For that matter, even the author is trying to distance himself from his asinine claims.
Zicam sales NEVER materialized as Dan claimed they would, and as for the Gum business, not only were his numbers fantasy, the company couldn't make a profit selling the gum, so they sold their capacity. Dan now claims this is a good strategy. Can you get any dumber?

WWY paid about $3/share. Did Wrigley get a great deal, or does the analyst need to sharpen his valuation skills?

I bought GUMM back in 1999 on the strength of an article in the London Times and as yet it has not taken off. I have decided not to sell but hold for the long term for if ZICAM really works and is protected by patent then it has to do very well one day. I don't check the Stocktalk board that often, but it is always reassuring to see your name in the list posting regularly. I know you are very keen on GUMM and possibly have viewed them as being better than they have performed, but I have always felt your postings were well reasoned and genuine. It does get a little tiring reading the same old same old from Bill Wexler and his chums, which is why I rarely check the bulletin board. Anyway, keep up the good work, hopefully GUMM will go nuclear one day. By the way, next time you talk to Bill Hemelt try and get him to distribute Zicam in England and Europe. There is a nasty cold epidemic going round the country and I can't find Zicam anywhere. All the best. Martin C-J |
