Hi David, "Do away with 13 and ...run more business and jobs out of Cal"

As a business owner, I think we need to get rid of prop 13.

The biggest cost to nearly ever business is its labor.

We need to reduce pricing pressures that hurts the labor.

Getting rid of prop 13, will help achieve that because it would open up the available number of homes to the talent pool.

This is because too many investors are retaining multiple real estate properties here (i.e. their former multiple homes) due to prop 13, which decreases the supply of homes for the talent pool here.

Get rid of prop 13, real estate investors will leave, freeing up housing and allowing more supply of homes for the talent here.

Resulting in businesses returning back to California.

Regards,
Amy J
