YOu're correct on part of that statement Tom................but you should have continued with the phrase," In America, but we are spending on those items in countries like Iraq". We can't spend to upgrade our own systems because of deregulation................we should reregulate and have strict gov't codes so that it won't happen again. Private industry has been given a pass by the Bush greedies so they won't do it of their own choice. REREGULATE TO ASSURE STANDARDS
