We've been looking for rec property in a specific area for three yrs now. We have been working with the same realtor the whole time and he has been very patient with us, but we have made 6 offers on five different properties and so far, the deals haven't worked. Three of them were already sold, i.e. they had offers that succeeded, two of them didn't meet our requirements through inspection and we are still working on the last offer. We'll see how it goes. Real estate dealings are tricky. M
