no way will the economy start to "roar" here, James. The issue is jobs outsourcing which is accelerating not declining. We got another bad jobs report 2 days ago- 400K new jobless claims, what, 2.5 years into this recession (recovery whatever). At this point how many people actually file for claims, half? We've lost 3 million jobs thus far and unless we start adding jobs at a rate of 50K/month, SOON, Bush will be in trouble on the economy in 04. No taxes are coming in due to the bad jobs climate either.
