Leaders are leaders when people willingly follow them. Outside of the United States, you will be hard-pressed to find anybody willing to follow Bush. When you put a gun to somebody's head and say "follow me or else" -- including to the ehads of your "allies" -- it is not the mark of a great leader. Bush has the world's biggest sticks, and a mouth to go with it. But he is no international leader.
