Except terrorists are not attacking pipelines in Texas- at least not yet. One feature of control has got to be the the ability to count on your operations operating- and that is something that cannot be counted on in Iraq. They sustained another hit today- the fire is still not out from the last hit, or so I read. They had to shut the pipeline to Turkey down. That is NOT being in control- imo.
