I don't recall any evidence of Arnold ever lying under oath in a court of law.

I am not defending Clinton for his lies (how I wish he had said "none of your dang business"), but you might recall that he was in that court of law because of the enormously expensive and morally bankrupt witchhunt directed against him, one that went on for years, trying to find something, anything to use against him.
