"Do you think the oil revenues are not being invested in the Iraqi infrastructure 100 times over by the US taxpayer?" No, If that were true then the revenues would go to a reduction of the deficit. They are going to the oil companies. The taxpayers are not paying for the infrastructure, their children's and their grand children's taxes might pay for the deficit, if not then their children and grandchildren.
