Lizzie that's a good thing. Think of what would you response be if you buy that expensive home with the high tax and then I come in and build a bunch of cracker boxes all around you. Ok the taxes are even but your going to want a reappraisal.

This 'renter class' what ever that is? Are a bunch of greedy turds for coming in and starting something you find greatly appealing. How dare they have vision. Nurturing an area and hence an industry form basically nothing.
You might as well complain about the rail roads requiring land as they pioneered across the country.
I can only dream that I have such vision and the holding power to last so many years.
