Yes, the answer is very simple ... just move! There are many midwestern states where housing is cheap, and the state and city will actually give you money to move there! They will also provide tax free business incentives ... all you have to do is show them that you'll bring good paying jobs. I'm always amused by people who think the talent only resides in Silicon Valley ... it's everywhere, just bring the jobs. Regards, Dave
