This is part of the reason for drop; from the latest 10-Q:

To date, an additional $0.9 million of orders has been put on hold and the balance of the SARS related orders have been cancelled. While we cannot predict the outcome of the SARS virus in the future, the World Health Organization (WHO) has stated that they are uncertain if the virus is seasonal and whether it may, or may not resurface later this year.
