Dennis, I agree wholeheartedly with waiting for the bounce...a lot more to feel confident about than trying to outguess the market about when the bottom is. Have you read any of the concerns about RAIN and the Las Vegas Stratosphere location? Some big questions are out there about the whole location. What do you think? BTW, I hear RAIN in DW has opened softly, although the grand opening is still in 8/96 as scheduled. It should all be interesting. Like you said, it will all even out by the 4Q, and likely will be much tech-driven....after all, what is growth anyway? The tech just may be a little different....lots of internet related stuff will be available where it never was before. Still, I guess while so many are running away, it sure reminds me of a big sale, and at times it can get tempting....I just remind myself of the key to investing in general...patience.
