OT: I asked Scottrade about the share limits and pennystock commissions to clarify. Here's their response:

Thank you for the email. This is not true. Scottrade does not have any share limitations on any stock transactions. Please note that the commission for OTC stocks that trade below $1 are greater than those that trade above $1. Stocks trading at $1 or above are charged the $12 commission rate and the $22 broker-assisted commission applies for any order phoned into your local Scottrade broker. For any bulletin board stock which trades under $1, the penny stock commission of $12 + 1/2% of the principal will apply. Orders placed through your local broker would be charged the rate of $22 + 1/2% of principal amount of trade.

Also OT: Weeeeeeeeeeeeee....picked up MRXT at .18 on "bad" news...back up to .29 already when they counter sued the source of their bad news.
