<< With regard to Mr. Sabatano's request that the Commission fully
disclose its findings and exonerate the company, I want to make it clear
that the Commission's order did not make any allegations or findings of
wriongdoing on any person's or entitiy's part. The Commission issued the
order because of serious concerns about the accuracy of the company's
information on which public investors rely. Commission policy generally
prohibits comment concerning any particular matter that may be the
subject of any possible Commission investigation or any enforcement
recommendation which the staff may make to the Commission. In addition
to protecting the privacy of individuals and entities whose activities
are under investigation, this policy is designed to ensure the integrity
of the investigative process in appearance as well as in fact.>>>>>>

Okay, I've had it. I join the rest of you in asking the SEC for accountability!! This is after recently asking here for "no criticism of the SEC".

If the SEC in its final actions takes their anger at we critics who are online and sending messages to them or to our governmental representatives, they will be guilty of "RETALIATION", which shareholders and a company should be protected from just as someone who files an EEOC complaint is protected from employer retaliation.

The SEC must be fair-minded and objective in handling this. Let them hear. No "retaliation"----be professional!!

P.S. What did the other three pages say, Frank---------"Nothing" like this one you posted?
