Citibank is so huge now that there is a pretty good chance if you send somebody an email they have an account with some Citigroup entity. They boast of having 200 million CitiCard credit card accounts, they just acquired the Sears Credit Card business which has somewhere around 50 million accounts, they acquired the Associates Business recently, they have branches and mortgages and investment products and on and on. I haven't seen a total count but I will bet they have 300 million customer accounts company wide. So a random targeting of email addresses would yield a pretty good hit rate of Citibank account holders, maybe as high as 30 or 40 percent.
