you just have to walk away shaking your head Lowrey is wrong? 187 passed with 59% of the votes, and even 40% of the Latins voted for it. If the Federal Government won't enforce their own immigration laws, why should the California residents have to pay for it? If this keeps up, they will be forced to pay for the medical treatment of all of Mexico.
