In the RRSP, you can buy calls or sell covered calls only. Yeah for anything else you need a margin account and since the bulk of my trading is RRSP still I'm SOL on that front. I had a decent non registered account at one point but have used it up making contributions in kind to my and my wife's RSPs. a bizarre and conservative Canadian ;o) Kastel
