Hi Murrey! Yes, the heat has been awful, especially with the heat index remaining high well into the evenings. Yuk! Now we have the isolated thunderboomers in the late evening. I hear thunder right now in the distance. Real muggy, humid. Yep, let's see how the rest of August and then September shape up for the market. Lots of time. No hurry. Rick
