there was something about Japan two weeks ago sending peace keeping troops to Iraq.. It caused a big fight in their assembly or congress... This will be the first time since WW2 that Japan troops went to another country to help out in peace cause.. I believe that is how it went.. and many in their gov. do not agree with sending them...
