Tom: I don't think that the company has been overly generous in the prices that it has paid for its acquisitions. Historically, the quarter that just ended is a good one and the company should reap the full benefits of last year's acquisition. The stock is still in the fallen angel category and the company needs to report good numbers to get the street's attention. Walt
