I can't value CEP accurately yet, as I can't calculate an accurate growth rate. Based on the last few quarters, I'd guess $2.50 now and maybe $4 in a year, if the growth is steady. That doesn't mean the stock price will be there, just that the company's value would be there. I will wait to see if it bounces off $1.40, but I doubt it will. My comfort level with the stock has grown greatly over the last couple of weeks. I found a few value microcaps on the OTC BB (e.g., TINE, TVIN) in the U.S., but I can't trade them in either my RRSP or my IB Universal account. -g
