The choice needs to be made by the iraqis and soon. The anti-saddam shiites need to make a statement that this sabotage and terrorism will not be tolerated. US probably needs to give some authority to shiites, kurds and anti-sadaamists in the triange. And the UN needs to take a stand against the terrorists just as they should have in palestine before this situation gets out of hand.
