I think it is!

I'm assuming you just forgot to add the little "g" after that... <g>

I would have thought Judge Moore's "up yours" attitude to the feds would be admired by agitators. He's being subversive!

Actually, I do admire it. Ideally, opposition to him and his plaque should make him reflect and then see the error of his ways. But since it hasn't, I find him kinda cool for forcing the issue rather than relenting but continuing to seethe. Seething is not healthy.

You can always ignore them.

Funny, that's what I've been trying to tell Chris about gays. Except, of course, there's no statue revering a gay in anyone's court room, just regular people trying to go about life.

What is so wrong in remembering our Western heritage?

Nothing wrong with remembering our Western heritage--appropriately. Only suggesting by the prominence of a plaque that the laws of a certain religion have special weight in a civil courtroom above or independent of the civil laws of the civil jurisdiction. And, of course, also suggesting that one religion is sanctioned by the state--that niggling little Constitutional problem. And perhaps that perps or witnesses or officials who belong to the preferred religion might warrant special treatment from the court...
