You a good friend Ish! My brother decided to take the credit card company up on their offer to pay off his mortgage, this was 15 years ago. We all tried to talk him out of it but he insisted this was a great deal. After two years, the 18% interest kicked in. He was damn near suicidal. We all pitched in and paid off his debt.
