LOL, why does anyone distinguish CongressPerson, or democrat in a car accident. A driver had an accident and a fatality occurred. The circumstances of the accident dictate liability and responsibility. Prior driving record may or may not be relevant. In America the legal system in such an accident does not care about CongressPerson, or democrat. I find it amazing that any informed citizen does not know that simple common sense aspect of the law. Or is this about kenny p. smiling because an American he hates can be demonized.
