I read that about the mortgage market with great interest. I'm not surprised it's so much larger with home ownership at all time highs (and their prices at all time highs). I also saw a chart graphing the 10 yr yield. If the yield goes up much further, it will be reversing a 15 year trendline. My guess is that it will begin to decline very soon. There is still too much uncertainty about growth prospects. I think the Dow is showing just how toppy it is. For it to have long term legs, it will need a pull back to about 8700.
