I agree that we are undervalued, however, the uncertainty arises from the fact that Oracle may once again up the offer for Peoplesoft. Larry was very quick in increasing the offer after the initial deal was announced. Who says he is not desperate enough to do it again. It seems to me, that Oracle has come to the conclusion, that growth can only be found through acquisition. This leaves the major shareholders uneasy to commit, and therefore, undervaluation.

Since Management is overpaying for growth, and with ample enough cash, Oracle should be declaring a special dividend and a future dividend policy statement.

Just a few thoughts.
