"NOTHING that Saddam could have said would have stopped Bush from attacking....THAT is the real problem...."

Real big problem for Saddam. He was a despicable and brutal murderer of hundreds of thousands of innocent people. He came to power and maintained power through violent torture and oppression of the Iraqi people. His stated goals were to continue in his fear mongering and tyrannous oppression. He would conquer and continue this to other regions if given any opportunity. He has vowed to extend that to the West, specifically the USA. He had control of the resources to follow through and given any time or opportunity he would have. He could have said nothing to change any of that.

He is the enemy of justice and the perpetrator of many lies, corruption, and heinous crimes.

"the result of NON WORLD PARTICIPATION...

The world is subject to corrupting influences, or hadn't you noticed? You sure you want to go down a road like that with no options to return to autonomous self governance?
