And we don't know what caused the black out but we definitely know it wasn't terrorism. 411/911??? Wow, you could really be on to something here Rascal. Al Queada could be a superhuman force of evil and able to control the temperature of the planet, thus forcing everyone to turn on air-conditioners. Ooops, doesn't explain the French heat wave though, wouldn't they want France to be nice and cool and not risk losing electricity?
