How about finishing the job in Afghanistan first? That is where the people who attacked us was given sanctuary. Want to end terrorism? The answer is not in killing but in education of both them and us. Bush's big failure after 9/11 was that he never answered the question he posed, ie why do these people hate us. Without that answer there is only death as whomever we kill will be replaced because they harbor the same hate.
