Now they have to recognize that it is no longer a Conventional Military operation...it is time to turn the Iraq file over to those best equipped to handle it, the Heavys, the Black Ops, the Spec Ops, the Field Ops,
Now I'm not sure if you are implying you are a current, or former, SpecOps type..
But if you are, then surely you know that, for all of their specialized training and elan, there are only just so many SpecOps forces available for the kind of strategy you are suggesting..
SpecOps work best in surgical missions, or training and advising indigenous forces to carry out the counter-insurgency operations.
And it will take some time before sufficient Iraqi troops are organized, vetted, and trained to carry these out.
