Value Line: Above the clouds and into da vaulting blue.... stockcharts.com Value Line index today cleared it's "Double Top" resistance line and closed at the highs of the day and within a couple of percents away from it's all time high of 1338...it's only a matter of time now before that important milestone gets taken out in short order.
