Security Update for Windows XP (819696)

An identified security issue in Microsoft DirectX could allow an attacker...... etc..

This Message popped up though Automatic Update notice on my PC some weeks ago.. So after postponing for a while I eventually downloaded, installed and got a message that installed was successful.. couple of weeks later, saw the same message again.. For a minute, I was not sure if it was any different because I remember seeing DirectX update through other notice.. Eventually, I thought perhaps I was wrong and applied the thing again.. Same process, everything was fine.. And today, same damn message popped up again along with MS03-026.. that is (823980) to do with Blaster worm.. I intend to apply this at some point but am at a loss what to do about 819696.. Searching the net, it seems this reoccurence has happened to few people.. Just not sure how to get rid of it.. Some have applied DirectX related release of some sort..

Any opinions..
