No tonight was a total disaster.
I went out to dinner with my friend while my MIL's son went over to TCB with them.
He is still over there, but didn't tell her.
I came home from dinner, walked the dog, and put the alarm on. So far so good.....

The phone rang, it was the MIL, and she wanted to talk to her son.
Now how am I going to say he is still in her town, but doesn't want to stay with them? She was drilling me..she does have a few lucid moments, and I was taking the clothes out of the washer, as I answered the same question for the fifth time...I went to hang the clothes on the back deck and set the alarm off.

I immediately stopped the noise, but a little while later, there was a knock on the door and it was the police.
They very nice and wanted to know if everything was alright...I apologized profusely, and said it was my wacky MIL's fault.

I locked the door and reset the alarm, and the door bell rang again, it was my neighbor who owns the alarm company, and is a close personal friend of ours..He said he got a call, and was checking to see if I was okay.

Once again, I explained the MIL story, and locked the door. This time I didn't arm the alarm. I thought with all the company coming and going, who knew when I would have to turn it off once more?

So far so good, no more door bells ringing or telephone calls from the alarm company.
I'm almost ready to call it a night, and set the alarm once again.
