Victims indeed. I think the most noticeable trait among people like this is their amazing lack of gratitude.

Psychologists say only people who see themselves as victims can become true monsters. Their focus on their own personal little hurts is what enables them to be lacking in empathy for others.

Their self-image as a victim gives them the sense of entitlement needed to justify their anti-social behavior - to themselves and others like them.
