Ray, Interesting piece of the uranium from Nigeria variety, but the holes in the story start showing up in the first few paragraphs of fantasy. I suppose a lot of folks don't start running numbers in their heads when they read this sort of garbage. The speed of sound is around 750 MPH depending on elevation and without double checking the exact figure. Supersonic would be something above that speed and those jets were capable of around double the speed of sound. At 750 MPH the 150 mile trip takes 12 minutes. According to the hyped version the first jets left at the same time as the first hijacked plane hit the tower. Flight 11 hit at 8:46 and flight 175 hit at 9:03. cooperativeresearch.org That would be 17 minutes after the scrambled jets left at supersonic speeds and were still 8 minutes away from the towers. It really is a miracle how many physical laws were suspended on 9/11. The melting point for steel was reduced by half and the speed of sound was reduced by two thirds. No wonder the FBI is keeping an eye on mosques. It looks like Allah is heap big medicine.
