SCMR CC Notes

Like warm call. No up tick in guidance.

DSO 90 days. Mostly due to one customer.

3 10 percent customers for the year: Vodafone, NTI, NTT.

2 10 percent customers in Q.

Rev 10.9 mil up from 10.6 mil last Q.

Most sales were due to foreign customers.

Guidance for next Q:

Loss will be one penny higher than this Q on GAP basis ( loss of 5 cents?)

Rev $5 to 10 mil

GM 20 to 30 percent

Op Ex $17.5 yo 19.5 mil

Interest Income $4 to 5 mil

Tax rate: zero due to accumlated losses

Shares Outstanding 269 mil. Expect a 1 to 2 mil increase in the Q

Cash burn in the Q: $6 to 15 mil: $1 to 3 mil in restructuring charges, $1 to 5 mil in operating burn

No seasonality built into estimates.
