I will start today posting all
my trades on this thread, and on a real time basis.

I trade only the nq and es

All trades will be closed out by
day's end. I will take nothing home with me.

The best new rule that i have, is that
the first losing trade that i have
Will be the last trade of the day.
I must shut down all stock screens
and quit for the day.
This rule will help me in several ways
1. is that i typically start out weak
2. is that i will be closed out probably
fairly early in the day, and will have much
more time for other projects
This rule is very important, it will improve
my trading life immensely. It must never
never be broken in the slightest way

My max. stop on every trade is $100 per contract

My primary objective is to move into a trade
going my way and get to a breakeven stop as
soon as possible, in this way, i can continue
to trade during the day even if my stop is hit

This rule will encourage me to stay with a good
trade, because i know that if i exit and re-enter
with a losing trade, i am done for the day

"lay on Macduff, and damned be he
that cries first, Enough!"
