They can still make the movies and the kids can still see them, they just have to see them with their parents, IMO. That doesn't seem so onerous to me.

But it does say that parents aren't to be allowed to make the decision to let their kids go to the movie unattended. Notes from the parents don't count. So it's a limitation of parental rights and responsibilities.
