I'm not sure of the extent of Moyers' control over content, but it's hard to ignore his involvement.

Well, it's fairly easy to ignore his involvement since you have found a reasonably obscure Klaus column. Interesting but far from evidence that it is "Moyers magazine".

So let's dig around in this one for the moment. Klaus believes and no doubt other folk on the right believe that the Schumann Foundation is Moyers' foundation. Do you have some links that would establish that?

Also, assuming, for the moment, you can establish that, do you have any evidence that Moyers has something approaching sufficient editorial control of the American Prospect for it to be called Moyers' magazine?
