Yeah, agreed if all that was true that it might warrant action. But none of it is true.

Why was the President so quick to invade Iraq on such soft evidence?

I never could see the urgency under which we acted. It would have been far better to continue to pressure Iraq, and garner the support of our major allies. This is becoming completely clear in the aftermath of the "end of major combat".

This would have left resources for the real war on terrorism, with Al Qaeda. bin Laden is still unaccounted for. Afghanistan is reverting to a haven for terrorists, and Iraq has become the battle ground for jihad.

Bush is myopic at best.
